Management Accountant

RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with an excellent, well-established business based in Lytham who are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join their team. This Management Accountant role requires someone to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function across a diverse group of businesses. Reporting directly to the Group Director, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of financial information. Duties include:Leading the month-end close processPreparing timely and accurate management accounts including detailed variance analysis and commentaryCompleting balance sheet reconciliations and escalating any concernsMaintain strong internal controls and a program of continuous process improvementSupporting with the annual business planning across the groupOverseeing sales and purchase ledgerDaily sales and bank reconciliationsBe the key point of contact for external stakeholdersSupporting year-end process and working closely with external auditorsThis Management Accountant role is ideal for someone who is used to working across multiple entities and is comfortable with complete end-to-end accounts.
