Reporting to the Finance, HR and Operations Manager, you will support month-end reporting, financial analysis, cashflow forecasting, working capital management, and audit preparation while providing valuable financial insight to support business performance. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts and support month-end close activities. Complete balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis. Analyse margins, costs, overheads, and business performance against budgets. Produce cashflow forecasts and support foreign currency requirements. Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and working capital. Maintain fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, and asset reporting.
