Management Accountant, Wetherby, £40-47KThis is a key position within the finance team, responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting, analysis, and decision support to the Senior Leadership Team and site management. You will play a vital role in the month-end process, cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining strong internal controls, while acting as a trusted business partner across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and timely monthly management accountsProvide clear financial analysis and insights to support business decision-makingSupport the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecastsPromote strong cost control across the businessAssist with inventory management, including coordinating stock counts, ensuring accurate valuation, and investigating discrepanciesSupport internal controls in line with Group policies and assist with audit and compliance requirementsPartner with operational teams, offering financial guidance, challenge, and support to improve performanceIdentify and drive opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiencyAbout YouQualifications and ExperiencePart-qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CPA)Minimum 2 years'' experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar roleProven experience delivering monthly accounts to tight deadlinesAdvanced Excel skills with strong systems capabilityPersonal AttributesHighly motivated, proactive, and results-drivenConfident in challenging ..... full job details .....
