The role has been designed with succession planning in mind, with clear opportunities for long-term progression.Your responsibilities will include:Production of management accounts and financial reportingMonth-end processes including journals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliationsPreparing and analysing management accounts and group reporting packsSupporting budgeting and forecasting processesPerformance analysis and variance reportingAttending and contributing to review meetings with operational managersPayroll analysis and contract performance reviewsDue to the size of the team, there will also be some involvement in transactional finance activities such as accounts payable, expenses, and supplier management.
