Management AccountantSalary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + Study SupportLocation:Stockport (On-site) A well established SME in Stockport is looking for a driven Management Accountant to join their onsite finance team and report directly to the Finance Director. This role is ideal for a part qualified ACCA/CIMA or Qualified by experience Management Accountant who thrives in a hands on environment and wants to play a key role in month end and continuous improvement.The business offers a supportive culture, flexible start and finish times, and free on-site parking.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction of monthly management accountsAccruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliationsAssisting with budgeting and forecasting cyclesCashflow reporting and supporting treasury activitiesVariance analysis and presenting insights to senior managementPartnering with operational teams to understand business performanceSupporting year-end audit and statutory requirementsIdentifying process improvements and assisting with finance projectsWhat We''re Looking ForPart-qualified ACCA/CIMA or qualified by experienceSolid experience in a similar role in the UK supporting the month end processesStrong analytical ability and confident communicating with stakeholdersGood Excel skills and a proactive mindsetAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesWhat''s on Offer£35,000 - £45,000 depending on experienceStudy support if applicable (ACCA/CIMA)Flexible start and finish times/37.5 hours per weekFree ..... full job details .....
