Hours: 37.5 hours per week We are seeking a Part Qualified ( Finalist level or Newly Qualified) Management Accountant to join our growing finance team. This new role is designed to support core accounting functions and take ownership of our smaller entity, enabling our finance function to scale effectively. You will be a key member of our team, working closely with the UK Controller and interfacing directly with our sales and operations teams. Day-to-day of the role: Main Entity: Raise and issue sales invoices using our bespoke legacy billing system, ensuring accuracy in customer records. Process purchase invoices, match them to orders, and code them correctly. Prepare and run weekly supplier payment runs for approval. Complete bank reconciliations and post bank transactions. Manage aged debt and resolve supplier queries. Conduct cash flow forecasting and variance analysis. Post general journals, including accruals, prepayments, and recharges.
