Following a recent restructure, the business is seeking an ambitious and hands-on Accountant to support the next phase of growth.This is a permanent position offering genuine scope to develop within a dynamic and evolving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and maintain balance sheet reconciliationsInvestigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accuracy across accountsMaintain and update the fixed asset registerAssist with the preparation of management and statutory accountsSupport payroll processes using Sage 50 PayrollProvide ad hoc financial support across the businessOffer occasional support with incoming calls during busy periodsAbout YouFinalist or fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)Strong reconciliation experience with the ability to work independentlyProactive, adaptable, and willing to take a hands-on approachExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalComfortable operating in a fast-paced SME ..... full job details .....
