Management Accountant Tewkesbury Salary: £49,000 Location: Tewkesbury Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Work Pattern: Office-basedWe are seeking a detail-driven and proactive Management Accountant to join a busy finance team in Tewkesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering accurate financial information to support business decision-making.You will work closely with managers across the business, providing insight, analysis, and reporting to drive performance and support strategic planning.Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts, including accruals, journals, and reconciliationsAnalyse financial performance, investigate variances, and provide clear insightsSupport stock valuations, depot accounts, and production analysisMaintain and develop sales data analysis using Excel and internal systemsAssist with audits, year-end processes, and financial reporting requirementsPartner with internal stakeholders to support business performance What We re Looking For CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualifiedPrevious experience in a Management Accountant role, ideally within manufacturingStrong Excel skills and confidence working with financial dataKnowledge of Sage 200 and Access (desirable)Excellent organisation and time management skillsHigh attention to detail with a proactive and analytical approachStrong communication and teamwork skills Why Apply Competitive salary of ..... full job details .....
