Management Accountant

Working as part of a wider finance function, you will take responsibility for the preparation of monthly management accounts while providing insightful analysis and commentary to senior management, directors and operational teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing the Group''s monthly management accounts
• Providing insightful financial analysis to senior leadership and operational teams
• Reconciling key balance sheet nominal accounts each month
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns for relevant operating companies
• Supporting the year-end audit process and providing information to auditors
• Assisting senior management with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required

The successful candidate will have previous experience in management accounting, financial analysis, budgeting and management information reporting, together with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be confident working with financial data and will have advanced Excel skills, as well as previous experience using Sage 200 and Sage 50.
