Management Accountant

Our national based client is seeking a Management Accountant to join their expanding finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional who is currently studying (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or newly qualified.As the Management Accountant, you will provide accurate and timely insightful financial information to all stakeholders. The role involves working as part of a centralised finance team to deliver monthly analysis and reporting across the business, reviewing detailed transactional data and analysing to provide analysis of results against forecast and budget. Key Responsibilities includeProducing insightful analysis of income comparing results to forecast and budgetPreparing commentary to stakeholders for inclusion in management packsSupporting the preparation of monthly management accountsReviewing the quality of data to ensure accuracy of reportingProduce regular and timely mid-month reports to track performanceProduce detailed review and analysis of the expense base comparing results to forecast and budgetThe successful professional will have strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail, highly organised and able to thrive in fast-paced environments driven by tight deadlines, while consistently delivering results.
