Management Accountant (12-Month FTC) Lincoln Ready to take your finance career to the next level? We re also open to speaking with experienced Assistant Management Accountants who are ready to step up and take on more responsibility in a supportive, growth-focused environment. What You ll Be Doing: Producing accurate, high-quality monthly management accounts Supporting our Senior Management Accountant with reporting and strategic insights Streamlining internal processes to improve financial efficiency Maintaining thorough records and working with internal/external auditors Handling bordereaux reconciliations and finance queries with confidence What We re Looking For: Actively studying (AAT/ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by experience Experience in preparing or supporting management accounts Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail Clear, confident communicator who works well in a team Positive mindset with a drive to improve and develop Why PIB Group?
