Management Accountant

Location: Solihull (Onsite)Salary: £40,000 per annumContract: Permanent, Full-TimeOverview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our finance team based onsite in Solihull. This is a permanent role offering the opportunity to play a key part in financial reporting, budgeting, and business decision-making within a growing organisation.Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and variance analysisSupport the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with senior stakeholdersAnalyse financial performance and provide clear commentary and recommendationsAssist with cost control, margin analysis, and operational reportingMaintain balance sheet reconciliations and ensure data integritySupport year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors where requiredImprove financial processes and controls to drive efficiencyPartner with non-finance teams to support informed commercial decisionsSkills and Experience Proven experience in a Management Accountant or similar roleFully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting softwareExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesConfident communicator, able to explain financial information clearlyWhat''s on Offer Competitive salary of £40,000 per annumPermanent, stable role within a supportive finance teamOnsite position based in ..... full job details .....
