Part-Time Management AccountantLocation: Maidstone (Office-based) Hours: 3 days per week (flexible on days) Salary: 40,000 FTEWe are working with a growing and successful organisation based in Maidstone, who are looking to recruit a Part-Time Management Accountant to support the finance function as the business continues to expand.This is a fully office-based role, offering flexibility on which three days are worked each week, and would suit an experienced finance professional looking for part-time hours within a stable and forward-thinking business.The RoleReporting into the senior finance team, the Management Accountant will be responsible for:Preparation of monthly management accounts, including PandL and balance sheetBudgeting, forecasting and variance analysisSupporting month-end close processesProviding financial analysis and insights to support business decisionsAssisting with cashflow forecasting and cost controlLiaising with external accountants and auditors as requiredSupporting process improvements within the finance functionAbout YouProven experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance rolePart-qualified, qualified, (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)Strong Excel and financial reporting skillsComfortable working in a growing, fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail with strong organisational skillsAbility to work independently and manage workload across part-time hoursHuntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a ..... full job details .....
