Management AccountantDartford 37-40k per annumPermanent Position Monday to Friday 8am-4pm/9am-5pmOffice based but Hybrid 1 day at home after passing probation The RoleWe are seeking a part-qualified Management Accountant (AAT, CIMA, ACCA) to join a growing engineering and construction business. You will play a key role in producing management accounts, financial analysis, and supporting business decision-making within a small finance team.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly management accounts (PandL, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)Perform variance analysis and financial reporting for senior managementMaintain bank and control account reconciliationsSupport and review AR and AP activity, including aged debtors/creditorsAssist with budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reportingManage Construction WIP and C.I.S submissions/paymentsPrepare cost and profitability analysis and support ad-hoc finance projectsAbout YouPart-qualified accountant (AAT / CIMA / ACCA)Experience in a Management AccountantStrong reconciliations and management accounts experienceKnowledge of construction accounting (WIP and C.I.S)Confident using Sage 50 and ExcelDetail-focused, organised, and able to meet deadlinesOffice Angels is an employment agency.
