Management Accountant

Orka Financial is recruiting a commercially minded Management Accountant for a permanent, full-time opportunity in Slough. This is a hands-on role within a manufacturing environment, combining reliable month-end delivery with the insight needed to support operational decisions. Duties include,Deliver monthly management accounts, balance-sheet reporting and meaningful performance commentary.Review production costs, labour, overheads and variances to highlight risks and opportunities.Maintain accurate inventory reporting, including valuations, provisions and stock-count support.Contribute to budgets, forecasts, close activity, audit work and financial controls.Work closely with operational teams to improve reporting, processes and commercial outcomes.Support indirect-tax reporting across several European jurisdictions.Experience required,Three to five years'' management accounting experience, ideally gained in manufacturing.Advanced Excel skills and experience using a recognised ERP platform.Part-qualified or qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or an equivalent professional background.A clear communicator who can turn financial detail into practical recommendations.The salary is up to £45,000 (DOE) + ..... full job details .....
