The role of a Management Accountant will include:Take ownership of the daily finance function, delivering accurate reporting and supporting leadership with commercial and operational insightPrepare monthly management accounts, including PandL reporting, margin analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash flow oversightLead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting for directors and department managersManage statutory compliance, including VAT returns, year end support, and maintenance of strong financial controls and processesOversee the finance team including the bookkeeper, purchase ledger, sales ledger, payroll inputs, and reconciliationsManage UK accounts and support oversight of US accounts, including intercompany activity, foreign currency reconciliations, and liaison with external advisorsPartner with operational teams to support stock valuation, manufacturing cost analysis, and provide financial insight to improve decision making and efficiency The ideal Management Accountant should have the following skills and experience:Ideally CIMA qualified accountantPrevious experience as a Management AccountantStrong commercial awarenessExperience ..... full job details .....
