Management Accountant

The OpportunityAn established, values-led organisation operating within a regulated environment is seeking a Management Accountant to join its finance function during a period of continued development.This is a permanent, full-time role offering hybrid working (with a mix of office and home-based work) and the opportunity to play a key part in supporting operational and strategic decision-making across a complex organisation.The RoleReporting into a senior finance leader, the role will focus on delivering high-quality management information, supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, and providing financial insight across multiple service areas. You will work closely with non-finance stakeholders, contributing to business improvement initiatives and ensuring robust governance and compliance.Key areas of focus will include:Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts and KPIsBudgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning supportOversight of specific income streams, ensuring accuracy, transparency and complianceFinancial modelling, business cases and scenario analysis for new initiativesSupport with statutory reporting, audit and regulatory returnsBusiness partnering with operational teams to support value for money and cost controlAbout YouThis opportunity would suit a part-qualified accountant (CCAB/CIMA) or someone qualified by experience, ideally with experience gained in a regulated, not-for-profit, housing, or similar environment.You are likely to ..... full job details .....
