Management AccountantRedhill, Surrey (predominantly office-based)£55,000 + Bonus and BenefitsFast-growing property developer based in Redhill is seeking to recruit a finalist or recently qualified accountant from Practice or Industry. Exposure to the real estate industry, or real estate clients in audit would be beneficial.As the business continues to grow, they are expanding the finance function to support an increasing portfolio of developments. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative team at a pivotal stage in the company''s journey.The OpportunityThis is a broad, hands-on role offering real ownership and exposure across the business. You will play a key part in financial reporting, supporting the audit process, and partnering with operational teams across multiple live development sites.In this role, you will:Prepare monthly management accounts, including PandL, balance sheet, cashflow and variance analysisSupport the year-end statutory audit and act as a key contact for external auditorsPrepare and submit VAT returns, including property-specific VAT considerationsManage CIS returns and related compliance requirementsAssist with cashflow forecasting and monitor site-level performanceReview work prepared by the Accounts Assistant and support their developmentPost journals, complete balance sheet reconciliations, and maintain strong financial controlsContribute to ongoing process improvements as the finance function scalesProvide ad hoc ..... full job details .....
