Management Accountant

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with operational teams and adding value through insightful financial reporting and analysis. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in supporting business performance, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to the organisation''s continued growth. The RoleReporting into the senior finance team, you will be responsible for producing accurate management information, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and providing financial insight to operational managers across the business. Key Responsibilities:Prepare timely and accurate monthly management accounts.Produce detailed variance analysis and identify key business trends.Deliver meaningful KPI reporting and financial analysis to support decision-making.Support the preparation of board packs and monthly financial reporting.Assist with the annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes.Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial models to support business planning.Business partner with operational managers to improve financial performance.Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close.Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with ..... full job details .....
