The RoleAs a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day finance operations while delivering meaningful financial insight to support business growth. This is a hands-on position, ideal for an ambitious individual seeking long-term progression with a rapidly developing company.Main Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting. Ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes. Producing meaningful management information and commentary for Directors. Supporting strategic business decisions through financial analysis and insight. Overseeing payroll processing and associated reporting. Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end duties. Working closely with operational teams to understand and support business performance. Running all financial transactions and payments. Continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
