Operating on a national basis, this company is searching for a Management Accountant to take ownership of the management accounts and lead a team.What''s in it for you?Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pmSalary: £48,000 - £50,000 depending on experienceHybrid working following successful probation25 days holidayCompany pension schemeRetail discountsDiscretionary performance-related bonusManagement Accountant Responsibilities:Prepare management accounts for the company and its subsidiariesEnsure that all accruals, prepayments, and depreciation is recordedTrack inventory levels and costs, and oversee regular stock take processesReconcile VAT, balance sheet accounts, and intercompany transactionsWork across departments to assist with budgetsCollaborate with Auditors on year-end reporting and statutory accountsLead and mentor a team, sharing your finance and management accounting knowledgePerform regular one-to-ones and performance reviews, and handle all day-to-day team managementCompile financial data to generate reports and provide actionable insightsManagement Accountant Skills and Experience:Fully qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA) with proven experience producing management accounts and delivering meaningful financial insightsA natural leader with a track record of developing, mentoring, and inspiring finance teams to perform at their bestMotivated by fast-paced, high-volume environments and able to prioritise effectively while maintaining accuracy under ..... full job details .....
