This will be a progressive role reporting into a brilliant Finance Director who aims to be a mentor to the successful candidate. Based in beautiful offices in a recently refurbished building and boasting a fantastic, supportive wider team. Description Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes. Monitor and analyse financial performance against budgets. Support cash flow management and financial planning. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Provide accurate financial data to assist decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial queries. Contribute to process improvements within the accounting function. Profile A successful Management Accountant should have: Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) Strong knowledge of management accounting practices and principles. Experience in preparing financial reports and budgets. Proficiency with financial software and Excel. An analytical mindset and attention to detail. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
