As part of a medium-sized team, the successful candidate will contribute to maintaining and improving financial practices.DescriptionManagement Accountant-Mangement ReportingPrepare monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to senior leadership.Produce PandL, balance sheet reconciliations, and cashflow analysis.Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, challenging assumptions and providing data-driven insights.Manufacturing Costing and AnalysisAnalyse production costs, labour utilisation, machine efficiency, and overhead absorption.Maintain and update standard costing models, BOMs, and routing data in collaboration with operations.Provide clear commentary on cost movements, trends, and operational drivers.Opex ManagementMonitor and review operational expenditure across manufacturing sites.Partner with department heads to track actual spend vs budget, highlighting risks and opportunities.Drive accountability for cost control and support initiatives to improve cost efficiency.Variance AnalysisPerform detailed variance analysis ..... full job details .....
