This role will play a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting and actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment, partnering with key stakeholders across production, engineering, and supply chain to drive performance and profitability.DescriptionManagement Accountant responsibilities include;Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis against budget and prior periodsSupport month-end close activities including accruals, prepayments, and journalsReconcile balance sheet accounts, ensuring data integrity (particularly stock and sales)Produce departmental reports and key performance indicatorsAnalyse production costs (labour, materials, overheads) using ERP/BI toolsMonitor standard vs actual costs and investigate variancesTrack cost per hour across production areasManage WIP and inventory valuation processesSupport standard costing reviews and improvementsAssist in annual budgeting and rolling forecastsProvide financial modelling and scenario analysisWork closely with operational managers to track ..... full job details .....
