Management Accountant

Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends and variances. Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets. Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Provide financial insights and recommendations to key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Work closely with various departments to manage costs and improve financial efficiency. Support the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors as required. Profile A successful Management Accountant should have: Professional accounting qualifications or part-qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA). Experience in management accounting within a similar role or industry. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
