The role involves delivering accurate financial reporting and providing insightful analysis to support business decision-making.Client DetailsOperating within a fast-paced, PE-backed environment, the business continues to experience strong growth through both organic expansion and acquisitions, creating excellent opportunities for career development.DescriptionKey responsibilities will include:Supporting the preparation of monthly management accountsPreparing journals, accruals and prepaymentsCompleting balance sheet and bank reconciliationsProducing and analysing PandL, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reportsManaging intercompany reconciliationsSupporting budgeting and forecasting processesAssisting with cash flow forecastingReviewing costs and performing variance analysisPreparing VAT returnsSupporting year-end audit activitiesProviding ad hoc financial analysis and reportingProfileWe''re keen to speak with candidates who have:Experience in a Management Accountant, Assistant Management Accountant or similar roleA solid understanding of PandL, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reportingExperience with month-end processes, journals and reconciliationsExposure to budgeting and forecastingStrong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUPs/VLOOKUPsExcellent communication and organisational skillsAAT, part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or qualified by experienceIndustry ..... full job details .....
