Client Details

The business we are hiring for are a hugely progressive business rapidly expanding and based in Chorley for 5 days a week.

Description

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts.
• Monitor budgets and forecasts, providing accurate insights to support business decisions.
• Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assist with year-end processes and liaise with external auditors when necessary.
• Support the team with variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely submission of VAT returns and other statutory requirements.
• Provide financial advice and recommendations to management.
• Oversee cost control measures and identify areas for financial improvement.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance.
• Experience in preparing management accounts and financial reporting.
