Management Accountant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a growing business undergoing significant transformation and growth. Reporting directly into the senior finance team, you''ll take ownership of the management accounts process while playing a key role in improving processes and reporting. You will have full ownership of the management accounts function, and offer improvement processes. This role is initally interim, with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person, however, we are happy to review pure professional contractor also.DescriptionThe Management Accountant duties include:Preparation of monthly management accountsOwnership of month-end close processesAccruals and prepaymentsReview and analysis of overhead expenditureBalance sheet reconciliationsPreparation and submission of VAT returnsFinancial reporting and performance analysisSupporting budgeting and forecasting activitiesIdentifying and implementing process improvementsAssisting with finance projects and business transformation initiativesPartnering with stakeholders across the business to support decision-makingProfileA successful Management Accountant should have:Fully qualified ..... full job details .....
