Management Accountant

Description

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor financial performance and provide analysis to support decision-making.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Support year-end audit processes with necessary documentation and reports.
• Manage cash flow and oversee expenditure controls.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
• Studying towards CIMA or ACCA.
• Able to commute to our client''s office in Grantham.
• Strong knowledge of management accounting principles and practices.
• A recognised accounting qualification or working towards one.
• Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from -38,000 to -45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Permanent position.
