As a Management Accountant you will manage core accounting activity and provide clear financial information that supports day-to-day decisions. You will work within the Accounting & Finance department, helping the business keep accurate records and maintain a clear view of its finances.

• Prepare accurate management accounts to give the business a clear view of financial performance.
• Maintain financial records and ensure accounting information is complete and up to date.
• Review financial data and investigate variances to support informed decision-making.
• Work with colleagues across the business to gather information needed for financial reporting.
• Produce clear reports that help stakeholders understand key financial results.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activity with reliable financial information.
• Monitor costs and financial trends to highlight areas requiring attention.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the Accounting & Finance function.

Profile

A successful applicant should ideally have:

• Experience preparing management accounts and financial reports.
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes and accurate financial record keeping.
• Ability to review financial information and explain variances clearly.
• Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Confidence working with financial data to identify trends and cost movements.
• Ability to present financial information in a clear, practical format.
