Management Accountant Fast-Growth Media Production Startup LondonOur client is a dynamic, fast-scaling media production business with a strong reputation for the quality of its output and breaking moulds in the creative industry. The business has experienced significant growth in recent years and is building out its internal finance function to match. This is a newly created role that sits at the heart of how the business operates day to day.The RoleThis is a hands-on Management Accountant position working closely with both the operational and leadership teams. You will be the primary finance presence in the studio, acting as the first point of contact for finance queries across the business and working alongside a fractional finance function that provides strategic oversight and technical guidance.The role spans both management accounting and day-to-day operational finance, meaning you will be as comfortable preparing monthly management accounts as you are helping non-finance teams understand budgets and cost structures. There is genuine room to grow here. As the business scales, this role scales with it, and the leadership team is actively invested in the development of the people they bring in; the plan is to progress the right candidate to Financial Controller at pace.ResponsibilitiesPrepare management accounts with clear, straightforward commentaryMaintain a rolling 13-week cash flow, keeping it accurate and up to dateSupport month-end and year-end close processes ..... full job details .....
