The Company: Our client is a well-established global professional services organisation with an extensive international presence. They are seeking a Management Accountant to join their Belfast Financial Control team, supporting management accounting and reporting for their UK operations.This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative finance team in a varied role combining financial reporting, commercial analysis and process improvement. The Rewards: £42,000-£50,000 base salary + extensive benefits package;Annual bonus (10%);Flexible/Hybrid Working (3 Days Office);Excellent career progression within a global organisation. The Role: As the successful Management Accountant, you will:Prepare monthly management accounts, including journals, PandL and balance sheet reviews;Complete balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding items;Analyse performance against budgets and forecasts, explaining key financial movements;Support budgeting and forecasting cycles;Maintain strong financial controls and support year-end, statutory and group audits;Other duties as outlined in the full job description.
