      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Management Accountant - Immediately available A leading organisation within the UK transport and infrastructure sector is seeking a Management Accountant to join its finance team. This is a broad role with exposure to multi-entity reporting, Group consolidation, forecasting and statutory compliance. Working closely with the Financial Controller and wider Group finance teams, you will take ownership of financial reporting for a portfolio of operating and holding companies, while supporting ongoing process improvement and junior team development.  Key responsibilities  Prepare monthly management accounts, including PandL analysis, variance commentary and performance reporting. Own the month-end close process for holding companies, including journals, accruals, prepayments and other accounting adjustments. Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations across key areas including fixed assets, payroll, debtors, creditors and control accounts.
