You will take ownership of the monthly management accounts process while supporting manufacturing operations through detailed cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting and inventory management. You will play a key role in helping the business improve efficiency, control costs and maximise profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including PandL, balance sheet and KPI reporting.Produce detailed manufacturing performance reports, analysing key variances against budget and forecast.Partner with operational stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insight and recommendations.Analyse production costs, labour utilisation and overhead absorption rates.Monitor inventory valuation and ensure accurate accounting for raw materials, WIP and finished goods.Support stock count programmes and ensure robust inventory controls are maintained.Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements across the manufacturing function.Ass...</description>
