Management Accountant

Fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a market leading business as a Management Accountant to join a growing finance team based in Addlestone. This is a hands-on role with strong exposure to month-end, business partnering and systems, ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical accounting with commercial insight. NetSuite experience is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including PandL, balance sheet and variance analysisOwn the month-end close process, ensuring robust controls and reconciliationsMaintain and develop reporting within NetSuite, driving improvements in data quality and insightPrepare budgets, forecasts and reforecasts, working closely with budget holdersProvide clear financial analysis and commentary to support decision-makingSupport year-end audit and statutory reporting requirementsIdentify and implement process improvements across finance systems and reportingRequirements: Qualified ACCA / CIMA or equivalent Previous experience in using NetsuiteExcellent communications skillsAdvanced ExcelProven experience in process improvements By applying, you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
