Management Accountant

Marc Daniels are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Qualified Management Accountant to join a growing finance team in a market-leading organisation. This role will be responsible for supporting the preparation of accurate and timely management accounts, alongside providing meaningful financial insights to support business decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Prepare monthly management accounts, including PandL, balance sheet, and variance analysisAssist with budgeting and forecasting processesAnalyse financial performance and provide commentary on variancesPerform balance sheet reconciliationsSupport the month-end and year-end close processesWork closely with non-finance stakeholders to explain financial dataMaintain and improve financial models using ExcelAssist with ad hoc financial analysis and reportingRequirements:Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent)Strong Excel skills, including use of formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and Pivot TablesProven experience in preparing management accountsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsConfident communicator, able to liaise with stakeholders across the ..... full job details .....
