This is a broad role offering responsibility across reporting, analysis, budgeting, and business partnering, with exposure to technical accounting requirements including IFRS 16. Key responsibilities: Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting. Lead month-end processes, including accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and financial review. Deliver variance analysis and provide clear commentary on financial performance to support decision-making. Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the business, working closely with budget holders and operational stakeholders. Assist with balance sheet reconciliations, audit preparation, and year-end reporting requirements. Support accounting and reporting requirements relating to IFRS 16, including lease accounting, reconciliations, and process improvement where required.
