Management Accountant

Our ClientMackie Myers have partnered with a rapidly growing automotive business in Oxfordshire to appoint a Management Accountant into their expanding finance team. The Role The Management Accountant will lead the preparation of management accounts, budgets, and forecasts while ensuring accurate and timely financial records across group entities. You will work closely with senior members of the finance team, contributing to month-end processes, financial reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives that help the business achieve its strategic objectives. Main Duties Lead month-end activities, including journals, accruals, and reconciliations Provide departments with clear insight into their financial position and performance Assist with financial reporting, consolidation, and variance analysis Maintain accurate ledgers and financial records across the business Deliver detailed analysis and financial insights to support operational and strategic decision-making Contribute to process improvement initiatives across the finance function The Successful Candidate Ideally Newly Qualified (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) Experience in management accounting or financial support roles, ideally within automotive, manufacturing, or engineering sectors Strong analytical skills with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to develop within a fast-paced, growing business What s on Offer? £50,000-£60,000 per annum 25 ..... full job details .....
