Management Accountant Nottingham £40,000 - £50,000 per annum ManufacturingThe Company My client is a well-established manufacturing business based in Nottingham with a strong track record of growth. They are looking to add a Management Accountant to their finance team - a commercially minded individual who can own the monthly reporting cycle and work closely with operational stakeholders.The Role Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a broad management accounts role with genuine commercial exposure. You will take full ownership of month-end, produce insightful analysis for the senior leadership team, and act as a trusted finance partner to non-finance colleagues across the business. This is a role for someone who wants to go beyond the numbers and influence decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesFull ownership of the monthly management accounts, including PandL and balance sheetProduction of monthly reporting packs with clear commentary for senior stakeholdersVariance analysis against budget and forecast, with investigation of key movementsOwnership of the budgeting and rolling forecast processCash flow reporting and working capital analysisKPI reporting and margin analysis by product or siteBusiness partnering with operations, commercial, and supply chain teamsSupporting year-end and audit processesSkills and Experience RequiredQualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA) or qualified by experienceProven background in management accounts - manufacturing or a similarly complex ..... full job details .....
