This is a chance to join a stable and established finance team and become a key part of a business with a strong local reputation.What you''ll be doingTaking full ownership of financial control and reporting, from bookkeeping through to management accountsProducing monthly management accounts with supporting analysis and trend reportingManaging high-volume daily transactions alongside occasional higher-value salesBuilding and maintaining cash flow forecastsOverseeing statutory and insurance reporting, VAT and digital tax complianceLeading year-end and audit processesManaging and developing a team of three accounts staff What we''re looking forSolid experience in a management accounting role, ideally with previous line management experienceACCA/CIMA qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience - we''re open on qualification routeComfortable working across high transaction volumes and varied invoice valuesRetail, automotive or dealership background is a bonus but not essentialA confident, adaptable people manager who brings good energy to an established team What''s on offerSalary of £45,000-£50,000, dependent on experienceFull-time, permanent role with a stable, family-owned employerGenuine scope to shape and grow the role as ..... full job details .....
