This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional to take ownership of end-to-end management accounting, statutory reporting and financial control processes within a fast-paced and evolving business.The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting external audits, and providing high-quality financial insight to support strategic and operational decision-making across the Group. Key Responsibilities External and Statutory Reporting Prepare the Group s annual report and accounts, subsidiary statutory accounts, and quarterly external reporting in line with agreed deadlines.Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual reporting timetables, tracking progress and ensuring all key deadlines are met.Coordinate external audit requirements, ensuring timely and accurate responses while maintaining strong communication with external auditors and Group Finance. Management Accounting and Financial Control Manage month-end and year-end processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance across the PandL, balance sheet and reconciliations.Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, proactively investigating and resolving discrepancies.Produce full monthly management accounts, including accruals, ..... full job details .....
