Management Accountant

Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking to join a growing, dynamic, and ambitious housebuilder. KC Group are working with a leading housebuilder who have a new requirement for a Management Accountant to join their growing team. What You''ll Be Doing:Preparing monthly management accounts, including profit and loss and balance sheetAnalysing and interpreting financial data to provide key insightsBudgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisManaging month-end and year-end financial close processesSupporting annual financial statements and auditsIdentifying opportunities to improve financial processes and controlsManaging the fixed asset register and capital expenditure tracking Requirements:Proven experience in management accounting (construction experience desirable)Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecastingProficiency in accounting software (SAP, Xero, Sage, COINS OA preferred)Advanced Excel skills and a strong eye for detail Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with senior ..... full job details .....
