You''ll take ownership of monthly management accounts, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, while partnering closely with operational teams to drive improvements and profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentaryLead budgeting and forecasting cyclesSupport commercial teams with financial insight and scenario modellingMaintain balance sheet reconciliations and oversee accruals/prepaymentsAssist with year-end processes and liaise with auditorsIdentify opportunities to streamline financial processes and reportingProvide ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiativesAbout YouPart-qualified or fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)Strong management accounting experience within a fast-paced environmentExcellent analytical skills with strong attention to detailConfident communicator able to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholdersProactive, organised, and eager to ..... full job details .....
