      <description>Location: Worcester | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Management Accountant - Worcestershire Our client is a recognised and successful family business who provide top-quality construction tools, site supplies and consumables across the UK. In support of their continued growth and market activity, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Management Accountant who will be the day-to-day head of the finance department. This person will lead a team of five and report directly to the Managing Director. This is not simply a month-end reporting job. The role is for someone who understands how a stock-intensive distribution business makes money, along with running a disciplined finance function and uses the numbers to help the management and senior leadership team, improve the business.
