Management Accountant

We are currently working with one of our industry leading clients based in Coventry who are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join the team on a permanent basis.The role is due to start ASAP and will require travel to the office two days per week. This position is offering a salary of up to £60,000.Duties will include (but are not limited to):Managing the month-end close process through to first review stage, ensuring all relevant journals, reconciliations, supporting schedules, and reporting outputs are completed accurately and on time, with issues identified, investigated, and resolved promptlyManaging the monthly balance sheet reconciliation process, ensuring timely completion, resolution of queries, and associated quarterly reportingSupporting the Accounts Payable function with key supplier accountsSupporting the Accounts Receivable function, particularly with allocation and reconciliation of key remarketing/buyback customer accountsSupporting intercompany and related party reporting by ensuring full monthly reconciliation and confirmation of all balancesLiaising with the Treasury Department in relation to intercompany loans and derivatives reportingPreparing ad hoc financial reports and management information as requiredDriving process improvement initiatives within the Finance team and across the wider business where appropriate, identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver themSkills, knowledge and expertise ..... full job details .....
