Management Accountant

We are recruiting a Management Accountant to join a growing finance team and play a key role in delivering high-quality management information to support both operational and strategic decision making across the business. You will take ownership of the month-end process, maintain strong financial control, and provide insightful analysis to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce accurate monthly management accounts, including PandL and balance sheet analysisOwn the month-end close process, ensuring all journals, accruals and prepayments are completed accurately and on timeMaintain balance sheet reconciliations, resolving issues and safeguarding financial integrityDeliver clear and meaningful variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior periodsProvide financial insight to support effective decision making and cost control across the businessWork closely with the wider finance team to ensure consistency and accuracy in group reportingSupport internal and external audits with confidence and clarityContribute to continuous improvement across finance processes, controls and reportingAbout YouPart-qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)Strong technical accounting skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with non-finance stakeholdersProactive, motivated and keen to develop within a fast-growing organisationOffering£45,000-£55,000Opportunity to develop within a dynamic and expanding businessSupportive ..... full job details .....
