Management Accountant

Management Accountant – Part time or flexible hours!

• Seeking to recruit a Financial Controller/Management Accountant with a strong manufacturing background to join a small, hands-on team.
• You will need to understand manufacturing and really connect the numbers to what is actually happening on the shop floor.
• Key part of the role is manufacturing costings & financial control, stock, inventory & material usage, Bills of Materials (BOMs), purchasing, supplier costs & accounts, management reporting & reconciliations as well as identifying discrepancies, efficiencies and cost savings.
• You will need previous manufacturing finance experience, a strong understanding of stock, BOMs, yield and production costs, experience with purchasing and supplier management as well as excellent Excel & systems skills
  It’s part time, around three days a week, the hours can be split over three days, or split over four or five.  Work around your childcare commitments, or perhaps you don’t want to work 5 days a week.

• The role initially will be office based, but then hybrid working will be available.
• The salary for the role is upto £42500, proratered down for three days work
