What we''re looking for:

You''ll be a hands-on, confident Management Accountant with solid end-to-end accounts experience, who can walk in and hit the ground running. Our client isn''t looking to handhold - they need someone commercially savvy, with a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for turning numbers into narratives.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Full production of monthly management accounts

• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Preparing and presenting detailed financial reports

• Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities through data-driven analysis

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders across departments

What you''ll bring:

• Proven experience in end-to-end management accounting

• Strong Excel and reporting skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
