Management Accountant Location: Inverness (Hybrid working may be offered once established in the role) Salary: Competitive + BenefitsContract: Full Time, Permanent The Opportunity We are delighted to be partnering with a well-established business based in Inverness to recruit a Management Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious accountant looking to develop their career within a fast-paced production environment. The role would suit a newly qualified or recently qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant seeking their first move into industry, as well as individuals with relevant manufacturing or management accounting experience. You will work closely with operational and senior management teams, providing financial insight to support key business decisions and drive performance improvements across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts, including commentary and variance analysis. Support the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes. Produce timely and accurate management information to aid decision making. Monitor manufacturing costs, margins and operational performance. Analyse production variances and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency. Assist with inventory accounting, stock reconciliations and valuation processes.
