Management Accountant - Hybrid

Pratap Partnership is supporting a successful international business with the recruitment of a qualified Management Accountant to join its growing finance team.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious accountant who is looking for more than a traditional management accounting role. Alongside core month-end responsibilities, the position offers exposure to group reporting, technical accounting activities and wider finance projects, providing genuine scope for professional development and progression.Working closely with senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting whilst helping to drive continuous improvement across the finance function.Key responsibilities:Preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting commentaryBalance sheet reconciliations and control account ownershipBudgeting and forecasting supportVariance analysis and business performance reportingSupporting year-end audit processesAssisting with statutory and group reporting requirementsIdentifying and implementing process improvementsBusiness partnering with operational and non-finance stakeholdersThe successful candidate will be:ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifiedAn experienced Management Accountant, Finance Manager or Group AccountantCommercially minded with strong analytical skillsComfortable working with stakeholders across the businessMotivated by development and progression opportunitiesThe package:£45,000 - £55,000 salaryPerformance-related ..... full job details .....
